All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ).
4.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 54ph account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 54ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 54ph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 54ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

10.2 54ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 54ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 54ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 54ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 54ph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
