It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 54ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 54ph:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 54ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 54ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 54ph is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or driver's license) and any other documentation reasonably requested by 54ph for KYC purposes.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 54ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 54ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit card, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 54ph account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 54ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 54ph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 54ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
4.6 Prohibited Payment Methods. Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on the 54ph Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.1 54ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 54ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free credits that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 54ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have opted into the promotion.
6.1 All games available on the 54ph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verifiable.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 54ph's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of 54ph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 54ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 54ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 54ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 54ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 54ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 54ph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
12.1 54ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 54ph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 54ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 54ph's customer support team. 54ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform fairness, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
